Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

Please call us at (613) 565-2633 to request a return. The item(s) must be unopened and in resellable condition. If your request is approved, you will need to send the item(s) to our main office:

Once we receive your package, it will be inspected to ensure the item(s) are unopened and in resellable condition. If the products pass inspection, we will process the refund to the original method of payment, minus the shipping cost for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
