Is it safe to shop online using PayPal?
Absolutely. It's the main reason that we chose PayPal to
handle the shopping cart functionality for Shop@Bodé Spa.

Does PayPal share my personal or financial information?
The only personal information that we receive from PayPal is
the minimum necessary in order to fulfill your order (Specifically,
your name, address, and products ordered).
We do NOT receive ANY financial
information related to your order from PayPal. All personal and

Does Bodé Spa share
my personal or financial information?
Absolutely not! The only personal information that we receive is
the minimum necessary in order to fulfill your order (name, address,
and products ordered). And we do NOT use that information for any
other purpose.
While we DO maintain a subscription-based mail list to advise members
of specials and other information about the spa, inclusion on our
mailing list is entirely voluntary - placing an order through Shop@Bodé Spa
will NOT place you on our mailing list. If you want to join our mailing
list, you can do so on our Contact Us page.
We do NOT receive ANY financial information related
to your order from PayPal. All personal and financial information

What are the charges for shipping and handling?
Bodé Spa ships all packages via Canada Post Xpresspost™. Shipping
and handling charges are:
- $10.00 shipping charge for purchases less than $100.00
- $15.00 shipping charge for purchases between $100.00 - $200.00
- Shipping is FREE for purchases over $200
- Shipping is FREE for gift certificates in any amount
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail
for my order. Why not?
Many mail service providers (Sympatico, Rogers, Hotmail,
MSN, Yahoo!, AOL, etc.) have filters that may identify the PayPal
confirmation emails as spam. We have no control over this issue
and cannot fix it from our end. Personal spam protection software
running on your PC may also be the culprit - check your junk mail
folder just in case.

and we'll happily supply you with your order's tracking number.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Bodé Spa ships all packages via Canada Post Xpresspost™. Xpresspost
delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 business days nationally
between most major Canadian centres. Deliveries to the U.S.A. generally arrive
within 3 to 5 business days.
I didn't receive my package. What do I do?
Contact
us if you suspect that your order has been lost or delayed and
we will track it down. We can also provide you
with your order's tracking number for you to check the status with
Canada
Post.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact
us immediately if you want to cancel an order. You may either
call us during regular spa hours, or send us an e-mail at shop@bodespa.com.
Please include your PayPal transaction ID to assist with the
cancellation process. Although we will do our best to cancel your
order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was
placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot
guarantee that we will cancel your order before it ships.
Can I return my
order?
We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED
products if we receive your product return
within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All items must be returned
UNUSED AND UNOPENED in their original packaging and with a copy of
their PayPal sales receipt. We regret that we do not refund
original shipping costs with the return.
