Directions for use:

For one full bath dissolve a capful in lukewarm water and stir with your hand. After getting into the tub, add hot water. Remain in the bath for 20 to 25 minutes. After bathing wash under the shower and rest for one hour. A full course of treatment consists of two baths a week for five weeks. The Mud bath rinses out very easily and can be used in whirlpool baths and therapeutic baths.
